Every column becomes a placeholder

A column called Due Date becomes {due_date}. Add as many columns as your message needs.

Fallbacks for blank cells

{first_name|Customer} sends Customer when the cell is empty. Rows with a blank value and no fallback are skipped, so a broken text never goes out.
